Local Herb Walk + Make Your Own Medicine Workshop

Join us to learrn about the medicinal plants in your backyard. We will wander along the forest's edge, transition zones and verdant meadows, foraging for edible delights and medicinal herbs. As we walk, we will be teaching about each plant's folklore, chemistry, safety, medicinal uses and essence.

Together, we will identify, harvest, and craft an array of locally sourrced remedies, concocting your very own elixirs, smudge sticks, tinctures, and soothing salves. Everyone leaves with their own hand made medicines and the skills to do it again on their own.
